Zen Health Center brings massage therapy to Belmont and the Peninsula, with a focus on easing back pain, neck tension and the muscle soreness that comes from an active week. We keep our space clean and calm, so every visit starts from a place of rest.

Many of our clients come in with stiff necks and tight shoulders and leave feeling looser and lighter. We also work with hikers and active people who need relief from leg soreness and knots that build up over time.
