About
At Zen Day Spa, we help Pleasanton residents and visitors from across the East Bay unwind with massage sessions designed to ease tension and leave them feeling refreshed. Our therapists focus on each client's body, reading exactly where it needs attention and adjusting pressure so every session feels personal, whether you prefer a firm deep-tissue approach or something gentler.
Many of our guests return regularly, and we're proud that they often leave feeling like a whole new person, ready to get back to their day. We also offer couples massages, so partners can relax side by side.
Our space is clean, calm, and welcoming, and our team is friendly and easy to talk to from the moment you arrive.
