About
Relaxation, knot-releasing work, and great value: that's what we offer at Zen Day Spa. Our Berkeley spa specializes in massage therapy, with 60- and 90-minute sessions, including combination massages, for guests across Berkeley and the East Bay.
Our therapists are known for being thorough and efficient, taking the time to work out tight spots and stubborn knots. We keep things simple and straightforward, with no frills, so you can focus on unwinding.
Guests appreciate small comforts like the heated blanket and room heater, which make each session feel especially soothing. Many of our clients come back regularly, some as often as once a week, and we'd love to welcome you too.
