Your Therapy Nook - Child and Teen Therapist, Play Therapy

Compassion, skill, and patience: that's what we offer at Your Therapy Nook - Child and Teen Therapist, Play Therapy, a counseling practice serving children, teens, and families in San Jose and across Santa Clara County. We work with children and teens through play therapy, and we bring particular experience with adoption and with children who have experienced trauma.

Our approach is to meet kids where they are, listening closely and getting down to their level so they feel safe enough to open up. Parents often tell us they value how patient and intuitive we are, and how the changes they see at home reach the whole family.

We are a women-owned practice, and we welcome LGBTQ+ families and are a transgender safespace.
