About
Yogarok brings athletic, music-driven yoga classes to Menlo Park and the Peninsula. Our small-group sessions pair powerful vinyasa flow with upbeat music, so every class feels energizing and fun.
Our instructors are carefully chosen for their skill and for how well they help each student move deeply, safely and with purpose. Each class also leaves room for calm, so many students leave feeling both strengthened and at peace.
Our bright, clean studio is a welcoming space for regulars and newcomers alike, and our community is one of the things we're proudest of. We love being a small, local business in downtown Menlo Park, serving neighbors across San Mateo County.
Book through Momo Yoga and join us on the mat.
