At Yoga Sociale, we help Hayward and East Bay residents find balance through a range of yoga and fitness classes in a calm, welcoming studio downtown. We offer ashtanga, power yoga, vinyasa, yin and Pilates, so students at every level can find a style that suits them.
Our teachers are experienced, encouraging and happy to explain good form, and many of our students tell us the practice has helped them manage stress and anxiety. Beginners are especially welcome, and we are glad to meet you wherever you are, with options that let you stretch at your own level.
