At Yoga of Los Altos, we help Los Altos and the Peninsula find a yoga practice that fits their body and their pace. We offer yoga across a range of disciplines, along with hot Pilates and prenatal classes.
Our studio is snug, clean and welcoming, with towels and props provided free of charge. Our teachers are experienced and knowledgeable, and we place a real emphasis on injury prevention.
We run a mindful studio rather than a sweaty power yoga room, and we support every part of your journey. Our community is warm and supportive, so you leave each class feeling well looked after.
