About
Fairfax and Marin families turn to Yoga Mama Co-op for yoga classes designed to support them through every stage of motherhood. We are a yoga studio in Fairfax, serving families across Marin County and the wider North Bay.
Our community is built around prenatal, postnatal and mama-and-baby practice, with classes that welcome parents at whatever stage they are in. We focus on movement that feels safe and supportive, so you can rebuild strength, ease tension and find time for yourself.
Our co-op approach means we share the work of creating a welcoming space where parents can connect with others who understand this season of life.
Visit our website to see our class schedule and book your spot, or stop by and say hello.
