About
Yoga For Life brings yoga and meditation classes to Sebastopol and the wider Sonoma County community. We are a yoga studio built around the idea that practice should support everyday life, whether you are just beginning or have years on the mat.
Our teaching combines yoga postures with meditation, so every class leaves room for both movement and stillness. We welcome students of all levels and aim to make each session feel unhurried and welcoming.
Learn more about our offerings on our website, and feel free to stop by or call to find a class that suits you.
