Yoga Belly is a yoga studio in Mountain View focused on well-rounded, approachable classes for practitioners at every level. Our one-room studio is warm and welcoming, with plants, soft lighting and cubbies to stow your shoes and bags, so you can settle in and get started right away.
Our instructors are knowledgeable and personable, and they keep things light while guiding you through poses with clear direction for improving your form. Our classes blend breath work, strength, mindfulness and flexibility, and we switch up the poses so every session stays fresh rather than repetitive.
We offer a standard class with a core focus, and we keep a full selection of props on hand for every style of practice. We also run a longer 200-hour teacher training, spread over six months, so students have time to truly absorb the material while keeping up with work and life.
Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, we'd love to welcome you to the studio, and short-term introductory passes are available for visitors.
