About
Yamashiro Marcia brings nutrition counseling and support for eating disorders and emotional eating to Concord and the East Bay. We take a patient, kind approach that takes each client's fears seriously while still challenging harmful patterns.
Our work is grounded in clear explanations, so you understand the reasoning behind every step and have real input into your plan. We know how easy it is to feel depressed or ashamed about food, and we aim to make the process feel supportive rather than judgmental.
Clients often find that with steady guidance, they build healthier habits around cooking and movement that they can genuinely enjoy. Many of our clients come to us through friends and trusted referrals across Concord and the wider East Bay.
