About
Reliable repairs, honest pricing, and patient guidance: that's what we offer at Y Y Computer, a computer repair shop in Oakland's Chinatown serving Oakland and the East Bay. We fix everything from laptops and desktops to Macs, from battery problems and failing components to Windows update issues that leave a machine stuck in a boot loop.
When a problem is hard to pin down, we dig in methodically, testing and swapping parts until we find the true cause rather than guessing. We're upfront about cost, and if a machine is too old or has too many issues to be worth repairing, we'll tell you so plainly.
Our team also takes time to answer questions and offer practical advice, like how to improve airflow in a custom PC build. Whether you're working on a personal computer or need help getting a business machine back on its feet, we're happy to help you decide the best next step.
Book through Postmates or stop by the shop in Chinatown.
