Based in El Sobrante, Xinia's Bakery provides Salvadoran pupusas, tamales, cakes and bakery treats for families across El Sobrante and Contra Costa County. Our kitchen is a small, family-run operation, and the recipes we cook are passed down from our own family's kitchen.
Our pupusas are filled generously with beans and kept thin and tender, and our chicken tamales are soft and moist. We also bake Tres Leches cakes for birthdays and celebrations, and we make fresh juices and traditional drinks like our barley-based horchata.
Every dish on our menu can be made vegan, so there is something for everyone at the table.
