About
Whether you're after a relaxed tasting or a private gathering, Wright & Brown Distilling Co. offers small-batch spirits and a welcoming space tailored to you. We're a craft distillery in McClymonds, Oakland, making rye whiskey, bourbon and rum that guests across Oakland and the East Bay come to taste and learn about.
Our tastings are hands-on and unhurried, and our owner and distiller Earl and our team love walking guests through how each spirit is made. We also host private events in our intimate space, with a layout that works well for gatherings of around 40 people and a warm, attentive hosting team.
Guests often tell us the atmosphere feels cozy and personal, and our Heritage Bourbon is a favorite of many who visit.
