Woodenman Muay Thai brings expert Muay Thai instruction and a welcoming training floor to South of Market in San Francisco. Our coaches are knowledgeable, patient and clearly experienced, and many of them have won titles at championship level in Thailand, which shapes the way we teach.
Our new space on Harrison Street has large mats, plenty of bags and a shower, so you can train comfortably whether you are just starting out or sharpening advanced technique. We run drop-in classes, so visitors and out-of-towners are welcome to try a session and feel part of the group from the start.
Our friendly front desk team and regular members help create a positive, supportive atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to keep learning.
