Sparkling wines made with care, a welcoming husband-and-wife team, and a relaxed tasting room: that's what we offer at Wolves Lovers + Thieves. We're a winery in Glen Ellen, in Sonoma County, pouring bubbles made in several different styles, from pétillant-naturel and Champagne method to Charmat method and Italian-style Prosecco.
Our tastings are a chance to learn how each sparkling wine is made, and we love sharing the stories behind every bottle. Ryan and Lindsey run the room themselves, so you'll be welcomed as a guest and guided through each pour with knowledgeable, gracious hosts.
