At WiseLife Therapy, Patty Bechtold LPCC, we help adults in Santa Rosa and across Sonoma County grow through both counseling and coaching, so you can choose the support that fits where you are right now. We bring a current, flexible approach to therapy, blending the depth of clinical work with the forward-looking focus of coaching, so sessions can explore what shaped you or turn toward how you want to move forward.
Many of our clients come to us for their deeper, more complex work, and we offer a patient, gentle presence that listens closely and helps you feel truly understood. Our practice has a strong community side as well, including women's circles and journaling groups that bring people together to grow emotionally and spiritually.
We are women-owned and welcome all clients, including LGBTQ+ and transgender individuals, in a safe and affirming space.
