About
Whether you're navigating anxiety, life transitions, or the everyday stresses that wear you down, Whitmer Gary E offers psychotherapy tailored to you. We are a psychotherapy practice serving people in Claremont and across Oakland and Alameda County.
Our work centers on talking with clients in a way that feels respectful, unhurried and grounded in what matters to you. We take the time to understand your situation before suggesting an approach, so that therapy fits your goals rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
Whether you're looking for support for yourself or are just beginning to think about therapy, we welcome the conversation.
Give us a call or stop by to ask any questions and see whether we're a good fit for you.
