In the heart of Pill Hill, West Coast Psychotherapy offers counseling and therapy for individuals, couples and families across Oakland and the East Bay. Our work centers on relationship and couples counseling, including Gottman Method couples therapy, along with trauma-informed approaches such as Brainspotting.
We have built a practice that is affirming and inclusive, and we welcome LGBTQ+ clients and people of every background who are looking for a space to be heard. Many of the professionals who have trained with us, and clients who have worked with us, tell us they value our thorough approach, our careful attention to establishing a clear starting point, and our willingness to offer longer sessions when deeper work is needed.
