About
Calm, presence, and restored energy: that's what we offer at Wendy Figone, Myofascial Release. We're a massage and somatic ecotherapy practice in Menlo Park, serving families and individuals across San Mateo County and the Peninsula.
Our guided group experiences combine gentle, mindful movement with time in nature, helping you step away from everyday stress and reconnect with the present moment. Whether you join a small group of three or a larger gathering of ten or so, outdoors on the beach or out on the water, we bring a warm, positive energy that makes everyone feel welcome.
Many of our guests tell us they leave feeling relaxed and energized, and the benefits tend to carry into the rest of their day.
