About
At Wen Wu School-Internal Martial, we help people across El Cerrito and the East Bay build strength, focus and balance through traditional internal martial arts. Our school also offers acupuncture, so students can pair their training with complementary care for body and well-being.
Our teachers are known for their dedication to their craft and for the service they bring to the wider community. Students often describe our school as a welcoming place to learn, with a warm atmosphere and a genuine sense of community.
Whether you are new to martial arts or returning to your practice, we invite you to explore our classes.
