Wells Electrical, Inc.

Based in Bayview Hunters Point, Wells Electrical, Inc. provides electrical installation, EV charger installation, lighting and generator service for San Francisco and the surrounding Peninsula communities. We handle everything from single-family homes and condos to multi-unit buildings, managing permits and city inspections so the job moves forward smoothly.

Our EV charger work is a big part of what we do, and we take care of the HOA paperwork and approvals for condo owners who need a charger in a shared garage. Many of our clients come back to us for complex electrical projects, because we keep the work professional and the communication clear from start to finish.

We respond quickly when you reach out, give you straightforward information about your options, and price the work fairly for the time and quality involved. Our team is patient with the steps that take time, from the first estimate through the final inspection.
