About
Whether you need a backyard studio for work, a sauna for winter evenings, or a sturdy outdoor structure that grows with your household, Wellmade offers custom-built structures designed around your space and how you plan to use it. We build studio sheds, saunas and custom outdoor buildings, starting from our modern designs and adapting them to fit each property and its needs.
Our project managers walk clients through the process on site, explain each step of the build, and offer practical design advice to help you choose the options that fit your goals and budget. Our installation crews are careful, detail-oriented and respectful of your property, and they keep projects moving steadily from site prep to a finished structure.
We're proud to serve homeowners across San Leandro and the East Bay who want an addition that feels like a true extension of their home.
