Based in Dublin, WattsPTandPilates brings together physical therapy and Pilates for clients across Dublin and the wider East Bay. We offer one-on-one physical therapy and Pilates instruction, with a focus on spinal health, posture, and getting back to comfortable movement after surgery or injury.
Our sessions are unhurried, so every client gets our full attention, from reviewing imaging and asking the right questions to building a plan around their goals. We combine targeted stretching and strengthening with gentle spinal manipulation, and we take time to explain the reasons behind each step.
Many of our clients come to us after years of working through pain or after complex orthopedic procedures, and we are patient as we rebuild strength and alignment together.
