At Warrior Wellness, we help athletes and active people in the Inner Richmond and across San Francisco recover, loosen tight muscles, and move more freely. Our sports massage work focuses on deep pressure and targeted treatment, so we find the areas that need the most attention, from long-run tightness to muscular imbalances left by past injuries.
Every session starts with a conversation about your goals, whether you need relief from aches and pain or want your body feeling fresh before a race or a big training week. We also offer Thai massage, using stretching and mobility work to improve flexibility over time.
