About
Based in Walnut Creek, Walnut Creek Massage - Bodyworks Plus provides sports massage and pain-focused bodywork for clients across Walnut Creek and the East Bay. We work with people who need targeted relief for neck, shoulder and lower back tension, whether that comes from desk work, daily routines or demanding physical activity.
Our sessions are often shaped around active lifestyles, from climbers and cyclists preparing for long rides and events to anyone looking to recover faster and move more freely. Clients tell us they feel relief quickly, and many notice their bodies feel more flexible and that they sleep better after a few visits.
Our therapists take the time to understand where your pain is coming from and adjust the work accordingly, with deep tissue techniques when they're needed.
