Walden House Inc brings structured addiction treatment and recovery support to Hayes Valley and across San Francisco. Our programs combine cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy with practical life skills, helping people build stability, healthier habits, and a sober life they can sustain.

Many of the people we serve come to us in a difficult season, and we meet them with care, respect, and without judgment. Our residential and outpatient aftercare services give participants a steady path from early recovery toward independence, from learning to manage emotions and cravings to finding meaningful work and reconnecting with family.

We are proud of the mentors and staff who walk this road alongside participants, and of the long-term changes they see in people's lives. Recovery takes real commitment, and we ask participants to bring their willingness to the process so the work can take hold.
