About
Wai Bodywork brings therapeutic massage and structural bodywork to the Marina and the wider city of San Francisco. We focus on deep tissue, mobility and posture work, sports recovery, and relief for neck, shoulder, back, and hip tension.
Each session is tailored to the specific concern you bring in, and we blend deep tissue, structural therapy, and elements of Thai massage. Our approach is grounded in a strong understanding of anatomy and kinesiology, so we look for the root cause of tension rather than only treating where it hurts.
Many clients come to us for longstanding issues, from chronic knee and pelvic imbalances to injuries that have lingered for years, and leave feeling noticeably more mobile. We keep our rates fair for the city, and we listen closely to what you need from every visit.
Book through Vagaro, or book online through our website.
