About
Viva La Vida Healing Arts Center is a massage and craniosacral therapy practice in Alameda focused on therapeutic bodywork that leaves clients feeling lighter and more at ease. We serve clients across Alameda and the wider East Bay, offering therapeutic massage and craniosacral therapy in sessions designed around each person's needs.
Our approach is attentive and intuitive: we check in throughout the session, listen to what you tell us, and also respond to what the body is asking for, easing areas of muscle tension as we go. Many clients come to us for a sense of embodied wellbeing and spaciousness after their sessions.
We also bring a thoughtful, insightful perspective to our shamanic practices and hand analysis, for those who are interested in that work alongside their bodywork.
