Based in Redwood City, Vibrant Niche Chiropractic provides chiropractic care, deep tissue massage and Pilates for patients across San Mateo County and the Peninsula. Our approach combines hands-on adjustments with deep tissue work, so we address the muscles and joints together rather than relying on adjustments alone.
We take time to listen closely and work to understand each person's symptoms, including the ones that are harder to pin down, such as jaw pain, hip pain and breathing concerns that may have a structural cause. Our practitioners are knowledgeable about the biomechanics of the body and carefully assess muscle tension to guide treatment.
Each treatment plan includes targeted home exercises, so patients can support their recovery between visits and keep progress going. We have particular experience helping athletes and active people recover from pain and return to the activities they love.
