Many clients find that a series of sessions helps them build sustainable habits in how they move, sit and work at their desks. We welcome people from across Napa and the wider Napa County area who are dealing with tension from daily life, old injuries or sports strain.
Our space on Third Street is calm, open and welcoming, and we take the time to listen closely to each person's concerns before we begin.
