Vertical Movement Integration Bodywork brings hands-on Rolfing and bodywork sessions to Berkeley and the East Bay. Our sessions focus on easing shoulder, neck, arm and hip tension, including the kind that builds up from long days at a desk.
We start by assessing how you move and asking about your concerns, so each session is shaped around your body and your goals. Clients tell us they find the work warm and healing, with pressure that stays intense only as far as it helps, never to the point of real pain.
Our approach is clear and educational, and we take time to explain what we are doing and why as we work. Many of our clients notice lasting relief and greater freedom of movement after just a session or two.
