About
Vella Custom Homes is a general contracting and remodeling firm in San Mateo focused on whole-home remodels, from kitchens and bathrooms to living spaces and outdoor transformations. We take on projects for homeowners across San Mateo County and the Peninsula, guiding each one from the first design conversation through to the final walkthrough.
Our homeowners tell us that clear, consistent communication is what they value most, so we keep every project on a clear timeline and answer questions along the way. We work patiently with clients who are still deciding on details, helping them settle on a direction that fits both their vision and their budget.
Our crews are organized, respectful of your home, and quick to resolve issues that come up, which is why many of our clients return for additional projects years later.
