USF Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is a mental health service in the Lone Mountain-USF neighborhood of San Francisco, focused on supporting students and the wider campus community through counseling and crisis care. We offer confidential counseling and psychological services to help people work through the stresses, transitions and challenges of university life.
Our team is experienced in crisis response, so students who need immediate support can reach us when it matters most. We welcome students from across San Francisco and the Peninsula who are looking for a supportive place to talk things through and build healthier habits.
