Urgent Pet

Urgent Pet is an emergency veterinary hospital in El Cerrito focused on urgent, same-day care for dogs and cats when their regular vet can't see them. We're a veterinarian and animal hospital serving El Cerrito and families across Contra Costa County and the East Bay, with prompt appointments for emergencies, including weekends and holidays.

Our team takes time to assess each pet thoroughly, listens closely to worried owners, and explains everything clearly so you always know what's happening and why. We keep our pricing reasonable and work to get you seen quickly, so you can feel confident knowing urgent care is close by when you need it.

Our staff is kind and patient with both pets and their people, especially during stressful moments.
