About
At Urban Holistic, we help people in Mission Bay and across San Francisco move with more confidence after joint pain, sports injuries and other setbacks. Our physical therapy combines hands-on treatment with exercise, yoga and careful attention to movement form, so you can return to the activities you love.
We take the time to understand each person's history and goals, and we build a plan around them. Many of our clients come to us after years of trying other approaches, and we focus on lasting results rather than quick fixes.
Whether you're training for a sport, rebuilding strength or simply want to move without pain, we're here to help you get there.
