About
San Francisco residents in the Castro and Upper Market area turn to Urban Eyes Optometry for eye exams, prescription eyeglasses and contact lenses that fit their daily lives. Our doctors take time to explain each test and what the results mean, so you leave with a clear understanding of your eye health.
We focus on care rather than sales, and we will recommend the right lenses whether you need eyeglasses or contacts, including for changing vision like presbyopia. Our optical team helps you choose frames that are unique, stylish and fun, and we carefully execute every prescription.
Walk-in visits are welcome, and we have been known to fit new clients in for same-day exams when our doctor has time. Our staff is glad to adjust frames and can order replacement lenses quickly for neighbors across San Francisco.
