At United Studios of Self Defense, we help families and adults across San Carlos and the Peninsula build real self-defense skills and confidence through martial arts training rooted in traditional practice. Our kids' and adult group classes combine structured belt progression with plenty of partner practice, sparring and traditional forms.
Students tell us the atmosphere is fun, inclusive and encouraging, and that the classes help young people grow in discipline, self-esteem and focus. Under the guidance of our head instructor, Sensei Andrew, we bring patience and passion to every session, whether you are starting at six years old or joining alongside your child.
