About
United Studios of Self Defense is a martial arts school in Mountain View focused on self defense and karate training for students of all ages and skill levels across Mountain View and the Peninsula. Our instructors break down complex techniques into clear, manageable steps, so every student can understand and progress at their own pace.
Patience is at the heart of how we teach, and we take extra care with younger students, adapting our approach when they need more encouragement. Our instructors bring deep knowledge of karate and know how to modify techniques to suit each student's physical needs and limitations.
Families who train with us tend to stay for the supportive, welcoming environment we've built on the mat.
Book through our website to start your first class, or stop by and talk with our team about what fits you best.
