Based in Livermore, United Studios of Self Defense - Livermore teaches karate, taekwondo and self-defense classes for children and adults across Livermore and the wider Alameda County area. Our dojo is built around practical self-defense for real-life situations, and our curriculum grows with every student.
Our instructors are patient, happy to answer every question, and meet each student at their own pace, whether someone is just starting out or has trained for years. Many of our students have been with us for five, ten or even twenty years, and our full dojo feels like a family where kids and adults learn and have fun together.
Our students can progress from Sempai to Jr. Sensei and eventually Sensei, so there is always a next step to aim for.
