About
Homeowners across Santa Rosa and Sonoma County turn to Under The House. for crawlspace encapsulation, drainage and sump pump installation, moisture control, and insulation work that keeps the space underneath a home dry and protected. We start every project with a free inspection and a detailed written quote that includes photos of what we find, so you know exactly what your home needs and what it doesn't.
Our crew arrives on time, explains the work as it progresses, and protects your floors and belongings while we work. We use high-quality materials for trenching, drain matting and encapsulation, and we leave the crawlspace clean and sealed when the job is done.
Our work has served historic homes as well as newer ones, from the Santa Rosa area up to Cloverdale.
