About
Calm, quiet, and restorative: that's what we offer at True REST Float Spa. Our float suites give guests a private pod of warm, Epsom salt water in complete darkness, so you can let go and drift off during a session.
We're located in Napa, serving residents and visitors across Napa County and the wider North Bay. Every visit begins with a short welcome video that explains what to expect, followed by a dimly lit room where you can unwind before you float.
Our staff are known for being knowledgeable and helpful, and we keep our space clean and calm for every guest. Many first-time floaters tell us they didn't expect to fall asleep, but they leave feeling refreshed and ready to come back.
Book online through our booking page or stop by to try a float for yourself.
