About
Based in Sebastopol, True Nature Wellness offers acupuncture and herbal medicine for Sonoma County and the wider North Bay community. We take a listening-first approach, taking time to understand what your body is telling you before we begin any treatment.
Many of our clients come to us for pain relief, including longstanding aches and injuries that haven't responded to other care, and they often leave feeling more relaxed and refreshed than when they arrived. Our sessions are unhurried and welcoming, and we work to make every visit feel safe and nurturing.
We also believe healing should be within reach, which is why we keep our care affordable for people across Sebastopol and Sonoma County.
