Hearty pozole, family recipes that have held their flavor for decades, and a warm, welcoming staff: that's what we offer at Trine's Cafe 6. We're a family-owned Mexican and Italian restaurant in San Jose, serving the Santa Clara County community with comforting home-style cooking.
Our pozole is rich and well-seasoned, with tender pork, plenty of hominy, and a generous plate of cabbage, onions, lemons, and chili and hot sauces on the side. Our chile rellenos and beef enchiladas, served with both our red and brown sauces, are longtime favorites, and our tacos and chimichangas are just as satisfying.
Many of our guests have been coming for decades, and we're proud that the flavors they love have stayed the same.
