About
Los Gatos athletes and people living with stubborn pain turn to Tobe Hanson Muscle Therapy HMT for sports massage and kinesiology work that gets to the root cause of tension and discomfort. We focus on identifying where the pain truly originates, including referred patterns that other providers have missed, so that relief lasts beyond a single session.
Many of our clients are active people, from weightlifters and endurance athletes to desk-bound professionals dealing with posture-related tightness, and we tailor each visit to their goals. Clients often tell us they return to training faster than before, and we also give targeted exercises to improve posture and support recovery between sessions.
Our hands-on approach pairs careful assessment with focused therapy, so every visit addresses the tightness or discomfort a person came in with. We serve clients across Los Gatos and Santa Clara County, and we would be glad to help you feel better.
