About
Toan and Company Distilling brings handcrafted spirits and a distillery experience to San Jose and the South Bay. We are a distillery focused on creating small-batch spirits, and we invite guests to see how each bottle comes together.
Our team takes pride in crafting spirits with care, from the first pour to the final taste. Whether you are a longtime spirits lover or simply curious about how distilling works, we welcome you to explore our selection.
Families, friends and neighbors across San Jose and the South Bay come to us for a relaxed setting to enjoy a drink and learn something new.
Stop by to taste what we are making and talk with us about the process behind it.
