Tiffany Paul, LCSW brings trauma-focused psychotherapy, including EMDR, Brainspotting, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, to Oakland's Shafter neighborhood and clients across Alameda County. We are an LGBTQ+ and women-owned practice, and we offer an intentionally safe, non-judgmental space for sensitive and introverted adults, as well as men and gender non-conforming professionals, who are ready to heal from difficult pasts.
Our approach is gentle and grounded, and we don't require clients to have every word ready or to share every painful detail to make meaningful progress. We stay current with the latest research on treating trauma and offer efficient options, including therapy intensives, to help clients reach their goals.
