Therapy for Women and Teens

Therapy for Women and Teens brings counseling support for women and teenagers to Half Moon Bay and the surrounding communities of San Mateo County. We offer a supportive, confidential space where clients can talk through the everyday pressures, life transitions and emotional challenges that come with growing up and navigating adulthood.

Our counseling is tailored to each person, so whether you are a teen working through school or friendship stress or a woman looking for guidance on relationships, stress or personal change, we meet you where you are. We understand that reaching out for help can feel like a big step, and we aim to make every session feel welcoming, respectful and unhurried.

Families and individuals across the Half Moon Bay area and the Coastside are welcome to reach out to learn more about how we can support them.

Appointments are recommended, so please visit our website to schedule a visit or get in touch.
