Thea Wellness & Acupuncture

Thea Wellness & Acupuncture is an acupuncture and Chinese herbalism practice in Lakeside, Oakland, focused on whole-person healing that supports both physical comfort and emotional balance. Patients come to us for help with chronic pain, digestive concerns, stress and anxiety, and recovery from past medical treatment, and every plan is built around each person's own priorities and long-term health goals.

We take the time to listen closely at every visit, track symptoms consistently, and adjust treatment as things change, so you always know what to expect and why. Our approach is grounded in a solid understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and we pair that clinical knowledge with a warm, intuitive style that makes people feel genuinely seen and cared for.

Many of our patients tell us they leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded, and that their nervous system finally has room to settle. We serve Oakland and neighboring communities across Alameda County and the East Bay, creating a peaceful, inclusive space where everyone is welcome.
