We offer individual therapy for teens and adults, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ clients, including gender-affirming therapy, identity development work, and support for queer, polyamorous, and LGBTQIA+ couples and partnerships.
Our approach is creative, relational, and grounded, and we bring real care to neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism. We aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and free to show up as yourself, with warmth, directness, and a sense of humor.
